Can you guys believe that it is already September?! This year is flying by, and it’s crazy to think that we have officially been in quarantine for the majority of the year now!
This month I started taking more college classes and I’m hoping to start working soon, so I am definitely busier than I have been. But as of now I am still home and mostly isolated except for from my immediate family. August flew by, and I can’t wait for Fall to arrive!
What have you done in August? How has your month gone? I’d love to hear from you!

Title: More Than Just a Pretty Face

When the two ladies decide to switch lives for two months, Leena takes time away from the city to relax in her grandmother’s house and Eileen tries her luck at dating in London.
Title: Felix Ever After
Blurb: Felix Love has never been in love, and he sometimes feels like he will never find love because he has too many marginalizations- Black, Queer, transgender. This book is about Felix exploring his sexuality and personal image while fending off attacks from an anonymous student who posted pictures of Felix pre- transition along with his dead name.
Title: Life of the Beloved: Spiritual Living in a Secular World
Blurb: Renowned author Henri Nouwen discusses the importance of understanding our place as God’s beloved children in the midst of our crazy and wonderful world.
Title: Take a Hint, Dani Brown

Title: Woven in Moonlight

To afford college Liz decides to win the highly competitive race for prom queen and the scholarship that comes with the crown, but winning becomes even more complex due to Liz’s race and sexuality which comes to light when she begins to fall for the competition.
Title: The Happy Ever After Playlist
Blurb: Sloan’s life has been a mess since her fiance died in a motorcycle accident two years ago, but things begin to look up when a stray dog adopts Sloan. Title: One to Watch
Blurb: When Bea, a well-known plus-size fashion blogger, drunkingly calls out reality TV show, Main Squeeze, on their lack of body diversity on their show, she gets a call asking her to be their next main squeeze. As Bea enters the magical set and experiences of reality TV, she realizes that nothing is as easy as she expected and she might deserve her own real life fairytale.
Title: House of Earth and Blood
Blurb: Bryce is half human, half Fae with very little power, and she lives in the large city of Lunatheon with her powerful, werewolf friend, Danika.
