Hello everyone! For my first book tag of the year, I’ve decided to celebrate some typical new year’s resolutions with a Resolutions Book Tag!
I saw this tag over on Kira Jeanette’s blog. Thanks for sharing such amazing content! I’m not sure who the original creator of this tag is, but if you guys know then please let me know so I can give them credit!
Exercise More- Name a book that has made you want to leap up out of your seat (for any reason)
A Heart So Fierce and Broken by Brigid Kemmerer is the most recent book I’ve read that did this! There was this one part and I jumped a little because it was so amazing, shocking, and exciting!

Get Organized- A book with an exceptional plot
The Invisible Life Of Addie LaRue by V.E. Schwab. This book was stunningly written, and I adored the plot!

Learn A New Skill- A book which taught you something
Love & Olives by Jenna Evans Welch taught me so much about the Atlantis myth. This book was so well researched, and it really brought the plot to life!

Live Life to the Fullest- a book which inspired you
The Girl With the Louding Voice by Abi Daré inspired me to make the most out of my life and teach myself go reach for the stars!

Save More Money/ Spend Less Money- The most expensive book you’ve bought and was it worth it?
Umm that’s a tough one. I don’t really own any fancy books, so more expensive ones are just my nice hardback new releases that are like $25. Although I did just join FairyLoot and that is like $40 a box which is definitely one of my most expensive bookish purchases!
Spend More Time With Family and Friends- A character you would want to be best mates with
Elle from Written in the Stars by Alexandria Bellefleur. I recently finished this book, and Elle was such a fun, upbeat character who I think would make a marvelous best friend!

Travel More- A book with a location you’d love to visit
Honestly I’d travel just about anywhere, but I would love to visit Paris and travel up the Brittany coast like they do in The Lost Manuscript by Cathy Bonidan.

Read More- A book you are desperate to read this year
There are so many books that I would love to read this year (my last post was 21 books I want to read in 2021!). One of the books that I would love to read but I know will take some effort is These Violent Delights by Chloe Gong. This book was phenomenal and I can’t wait to read it, but I know I have to be in the right mood to enjoy it.

That’s all! If you’ve enjoyed this tag, feel free to give your answers in the comments or complete this tag on your own! Be sure to link to my post so I can see your answers!

Interesting post!🌟 And my bookish resolution is to be consistent with my reading and read more of diverse books and those authors whose books I haven’t read before.🥳

That’s a great resolution! ❤️It’s definitely important to read a variety of books and authors! I was proud of myself for doing well at that last year since it was never something I was good at in the past. 😅
